Location: Worli(Mumbai) Shift: General Shift Only Gender: Male Job Specification Logging calls manually Making sure that the calls are attended and confirm with user about resolution. Answering to phones calls received at help desk and assisting users accordingly. Maintaining records of purchases (HO) and forwarding the invoices (HO) to accounts dept for payment process. Generating call report on daily and monthly basis. Maintaining asset records i.e.. Desktop/ laptop/ printers/ HHD/Link connectivity/ host names etc for branches and HO.
