Job Description:
JIRA Admin services:
Maintain availability of Staging and Production instances
Apply add-ons recommended by CWC
Recommend new add-ons which could improve performance of the teams using JIRA
Support planned Upgrade of JIRA
User Management:
Create and maintain Users with relevant permissions
Implement new permission scheme for Vendor users so as to have limited privileges
Project Management:
Create a project in JIRA
Extend support to the project team in user related issues against the project
Support generation of relevant JIRA reports from dashboard feature
Support Project teams using JIRA as Defect tracking tool and for Test Management
